　　【崗位職責】

　　1. Responsible of electronic and driver design of SSL products, including LED lighting fixtures and lighting sources;

　　負責LED 燈具和光源產品的驅動和電子部分設計;

　　2. According to the new product requirement, select the driver solution, design the circuit schematics and the layout, conduct the testing and qualification of the IC, other related components, the whole driver and the product;

　　根據新產品項目的需求，選取驅動方案，設計驅動電路原理圖及布線圖，進行驅動IC，外圍元器件和整個驅動和產品的電氣部分相關測試及確認;

　　3. Follow up the product introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with engineering department to solve mechanical related process issues.

　　跟進產品的工程導入，試產和量產，配合工程部解決生產中的相關工藝問題;

　　4. Ensure the design performance, cost and schedule target are fulfilled;

　　確保開發項目達到預設的整體性能，成本和時間目標;

　　5. Benchmark new driver solutions from competition and suppliers;

　　跟蹤并評估供應商和競爭對手的新驅動方案等;
